This store is fine if you're a size 6 or 8!!!!! Nothing we could find in a 14 remotely worth buying. Sale rail a total mess with clothes on the floor.
Not much selection, and what is there is all generally one size on the rack. Staff avoiding customers so cudnt ask if different sizes out back either.
Only shop here for bags or purses, they never have my size, only seem to cater for slim people

Just visited to get a suit for Friday for my partner Millie was extremely helpful with the sizing we would need and got it right first time. Made our shopping experience alot easier and alot less stressful. Keep it up your great x
Friendly staff.. Nice shopping but I find some items are well over priced also wasn't happy with the sun glasses section as I went in for a pair and there was only one pair for sale poor selection.
The staff is very helpful..i bought one coat from there and was in love with that but i had to return it as it was faulty..i was willing to change it but all the other coat of same article has same defect.I so want river island to look into it and improve the fabric quality. As i would love to buy same exact coat but in good quality.
Went to buy my girls bags for school, they had a good selection of large shouder/handbags for them to choose from. I have to say this is the 3rd year they have bought their bags from here, and they have lasted for a full school year and beyond. Money well spent in my eyes.
Alright, I start by saying that I like the clothes, fantastic quality, designs and styles. But no sizes that fit me in the shop. Pain to order online. If it does not fit then send back etc. City location river's have better sizes. I'm only taking about 36 waist, you know, nothing far-out like. It's a love hate relationship.
