    Went in a few Sundays ago bit if rush buying for outfit that night, even tho it last hour staff were tidying up etc, the staff were soo helpful stopped what they were doing to bring me over suggestions, walked out with a beautiful dress. Great customer service. Returned again this Saturday again lovely service! Thank you girls from Suzy from baby the shop.

    Although the other staff I spoke with were very helpful I was not happy when I got to the till to pay for my items. I felt the lady was rude and not sure how to help me. After spending 15 minutes stood at the till while she ignored me and tapped away on her computer I have come home to find the security tags are still on my items and I've been charged for 3 bags despite explaining I have one of my own. Now I'll need to return to the store to get the tag taken off before I can wear my new purchases. Disappointed with the customer service.

    I like the layout in their shop and their clothes are really on trend. I love when they have sales as you can get some really good bargains. They sell some nice children's items now, as well as ladies shoes,jewellery and bags.
