Nice cheap and cheerful clothing picked up a sweater didn't know there was 20% off until I went to pay, happy days.
I was in matalan the other day a girl called zoe served me on the tills she was very polite and lovely. 10/10
I visited Matalad on Saturday and Jessie was amazing. I needed to find the changing room and she was so happy to help, taking the time to show me the way with such a friendly attitude. Her kindness really stood out and made my visit so much nicer.
Clothes are fantastic, floor staff are great unfortunately its the payment staff that leave the experience ruined absolutely zero help for disabled customers, constantly trying to force you to use the self service machines then moaning and rushing you when your holding everyone up because you physically cant go at the pace they want. I think more training is unfortunately needed.
I actually bought two white tops here . Whilst visiting family .didn't see any thing I liked in my local matalan
I like this shop, but I'm very disappointed that they have introduced card only self-service payments with only one option to pay a person and return goods. I hope people didn't lose their jobs because of this change. Wouldn't want you be shopping there at a busy time.
Love the baby kids selection always beautiful clothes, the self check outs are good but I like a friendly face and a chat when I'm at the till
A good size store with a good choice of children's clothing, ladies clothing but a bit disappointing with the menswear. Staff smiling if you acknowledge them so friendly enough.
Excellent prices. Lovely helpful friendly staff. A must visit place for value.
