   If you love queuing this is the shop for you. Don't go in with a pram or wheelchair cos you would probably not fit throught the narrow aisles. The worse shop in cwmbran. Poor service poorly laid out stock crammed in. A perfect example of why people shop online!!!!!!! Sort it out.

   Disgusting store, worst service. I've been there three times. The first time I urgently needed to buy sneakers for my son. We more or less begged for the consultant's attention. The second time we bought sneakers for the board, they talked to you through clenched teeth, reluctantly brought everything, unpleasant rude salespeople. The third time I went in to buy more sneakers for my daughter, because those fell apart very quickly. The quality is crap. And these employees did not want to sell or consult at all. We left in a terrible mood, and my daughter was left without sneakers. Fortunately, in other stores there are adequate salespeople and we bought them there. But I definitely do not recommend this store. I have never seen such rude and ill-mannered staff anywhere. I have a lot of experience working with staff, I was a manager of a chain of stores for many years. And not a single salesperson allowed themselves to do this. And here it was as if they were hand-picked. Shame on your manager and director. You ruined our mood and left an unpleasant feeling. We do not buy anything else from jd sport at all in principle.

   The best shop for sportswear in Town centre. Just wish it was bigger! Can't browse in peace without moving out the way for someone to get past. JDS move to a bigger store

   No a very good day???? Took twice out my bank. Complained but sed didn't showed my account. So put back in to my account 9 days later still not had it. So rang. Not good service. Need to train staff lot better. All young kids with no manners or way with people.

   I watched while the served my 10 year old grandson he used his manners please and a thank you the sales assistant didn't say a word to him. So RUDE they do not deserve have customers. And to top it off when we got home she had left one of the security tags on the bag ,when I called in with it no apology for having to go back to store with the item.

   Absolutely shocking customer service. While looking at footwear for my 2 sons employees kept looking at us as though we were shoplifters. Yet when we actually wanted help with getting another size they were no where to be seen. Asked for help to then have to wait another 10 mins while he finished putting up posters!!. Then asked for help on clothing from another boy and he literally ignored me and walked off. In the end I just left. Seems it is run by a bunch of youngsters who just can't be bothered ( not all I'm sure some are helpful there...I've just never experienced them)

   A little bit on the expensive side, but generally good quality products. Store is nicely laid out, if a little cramped in places. Well lit, airy and a comfortable environment. Staff are generally well mannered.
