My Word the Customer service there is Shockingly Bad.. Orders for One item have taken over a Month. I'm them chasing them for an Update.. the service in store isn't much better
Schools / clubs and generally anyone needing sports gear , really need to look at different sources rather than use this store . Extremely bad service , Extremely Rude staff !!!
very disappointed in the standard of rugby shirts ordered recently. Although the after sales person were polite - the speed at which they entered into their script told me I'm not alone here. The sizes were nowhere close to normal UK sizing. An xxl would be tight on a normal medium but still they refused to move. The position of one shirts embroidery was above the colar bone - sent photographs and still no movement. This company clearly sell more shirts to hobits and folk the borrowers.
Ordered an Apex bag over a month ago from website with FAW badge on front. Collected after waiting a month to be given a plain black bag with a badge on top of bag which you wouldnt even see. Their response was bring it back for a refund and the womens response in shop was you wont get another one like that now. Rude is an understatement. No appoligies for given me something totally different to what i paid for, advertising wrong products, making you wait 30 days for them to treat you like garbage. Disgusting, be careful

As a club (Holton Road AFC) we have used Macron Store Cardiff for over 8 years, the quality of the items is of fantastic and fairly priced. The team at Cardiff are always extremely helpful and always go above and beyond to fulfill our orders as quickly as possible whilst maintaining high standards. Look forward to the next new design of our kits and continuing to have our players dressed in high caliber kits as well as working with the great team at Macron Store Cardiff.

Avoid, very poor service won't be using ever again. Staff are so arrogant and unhelpful. Fingers crossed they lose the WRU contract and maybe they change their attitude and approach. Use an alternative supplier, I.e VX3, belief, rugger bug.
Order made in August, finally arrived for pickup today. Rudest people ever working in the shop. Abrasive attitudes, you’re not a customer, you’re an inconvenience to them.
