   Employees at the store where such an amazing help, any issues we had it was all sorted quickly when purchasing 2 bikes the same day to take away. Couldn’t thank the lady and gentleman for going out their way to help with everything, even check the bike rack was mounted securely. Highly recommend, excellent customer service and friendly, felt really welcoming

   I cannot express how helpful the team at Halfords were. I’ve been having trouble with my oil over recent months and Steve, Emma and Shannon went above and beyond to ensure my car was thoroughly checked and the issue was sorted before I left. They were so helpful and lovely. Will definitely return for any other services required.

   Friday, April 7 around 5:45pm I asked for assistance in choosing a road bike and the lady in her 40s with glasses just clearly did not want to help me in any way. She just pointed at a group of bikes and told me to "go and have a look at them over there" instead of offering any advice or support. After that, I even asked her if there are any bikes she'd recommend, as I was fairly certain I was going to purchase one that day based on a recommendation and she said "I don't know" then mumbled something I didn't understand. I waited around the bikes for a further 10 minutes to see if anyone was going to come over and help but they didn't, so I left.

   Manager of the store had applying manners and customer service, I asked for an inner tube and a tyre and was told to go and have a look myself. He finally come to help me and gave me the wrong product so I went back to the store and luckily there was lovely staff members who replaced our tube with The right one! Would not go back to the that store because of how unprofessional the manger was

   Less than useless. Had to go in twice to try to schedule a fitting for a roof box ( never called me back after first visit, same guy shouted to his colleague “oh yeah I meant to get you to call this gent” zero apologies…couldn’t find a time that works; fair enough. Said id take it and fit it myself, which I did in carpark..great stuff. Folded down the huge cardboard box and guy at desk refused to take it for their recycling. Just meet me like 10% of the way folks ?

   Had a calamity of a morning but Steve and Aidan at Halfords Penarth Road were superb. Fantastic customer service, really friendly and calm and really helpful! Needed my battery replaced and they were really quick and delivered great service, explaining everything throughout and provided all that I needed. Huge thanks to Aidan for replacing the battery and completing my car check so quickly and ensuring I had everything I needed. Great service especially so close to Christmas!

   Today after work I was cycling back home when my bike's chain got stuck in a way that it was impossible for me to pull it out. I tried for 20 minuets until my hands where completely black from touching the chain and, at some point, I realised that all I could do was bringing my bike to a shop where someone experienced could have helped me with the issue. I looked on maps and found this shop which was fairly close to where I was, and it was open until 8pm, so I decided to go there. Now the shop was only about 15 minutes walking from where my bike got stuck, but the rear wheel was blocked by the chain so I had to carry my bike with my arms for the whole 15 minutes of journey. At this point my mood was greatly affected by the whole situation, but a goal in my mind made me go ahead and kept me from giving up: to reach the shop and get my problem solved. I eventually arrived to the shop and it was there that I met my saviour. This guy listened to my problem, gave me a wet tissue to clean my hands and with some magic he managed to pull out the chain in about 2 minutes. At this point I was ready and happy to pay for the service, but the guy told me it was fine; I didn't have to pay anything. So at least I thought it was appropriate to give him a tip for his help, but he did not accept that either. This guy solved my problem and he did that for free, and especially in that situation I found the gesture to be really nice, and I really appreciated it. I have been there today 11/11/2022 I believe at around 17:50 and, I hope I got that right, the guy's name is Daniel so please Halfords give him a promotion or at least acknowledge and reward him for being a hero. Thank you!

   Staff excellent Products i bought were good - excellent. So overall I was a satisfied customer. but Whilst the bike helmet i bought was strong comfortable and good quality for the price, its built in rear light is best described as "better than nothing" but no where near as Bright as I'd have expected it to be. So slightly disappointed with that.
