    Today I had a good experience. The car battery was replaced in just 15 minutes. The two young staff members were very nice and helpful. Although my English is not very fluent, they were still patient and willing to help.

    Recently had a car battery replaced at Halfords Salisbury. Excellent service. The guy (sorry I didn't get his name) who did the fitting was friendly, professional and helpful. He explained everything I needed to know without treating me like an idiot. Sam at the till made sure I got the best deal possible. It was a hassle-free experience and I highly recommend them.

    Brilliant member of staff who fitted my battery on my BMW 1 series at the Salisbury branch, very polite, efficient and excellent customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone, shame I didn't take his name so the company can give him a bonus.

    I tried to order a new battery for my GT86 on Halfords website, but, it would not continue past my β€˜incorrect’ surname! So went to Halfords Salisbury where their system allegedly identified the correct battery for my car. I returned the next day as the terminals were on the wrong sides and the posts were too small to hold the clamps. Nothing else in stock, so got a quick refund and went to Euro Parts in Churchfields who had the correct Bosch battery in stock as located by their reliable system, well done.

    Great website, very user friendly and easy to follow. I found the product I wanted, even had instructions how to use it one the website too. I went to collect it and hour later and the lady who served me could not have been more friendly or helpful. A real 5 star service from Halfords, Salisbury.

    We recently purchased a bike for our son for his first bike, Poppy from the Salisbury branch was very professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about what was best for his first bike. Poppy answered all our questions and also allowed our son to try out the demonstration bikes so he could choose but at the same time informing us what was best for his first bike.     As a regular customer. I would expect better customer service. Every time I come in there I’m confronted by BAD customer service. It’s beyond a joke it’s frustrating, these staff members needs to remember that without customers who pay their wages wouldn’t have a job. More training wouldn’t go a miss. I really am going to stop using Halfords now. And go to the one on brown street. You lost a good customer today.

    I had both headlight bulbs go and took my Honda civic to Halfords Salisbury to get them replaced. Honda civics are notorious for being difficult to replace and mine proved no different. Bob however, took the time in the freezing cold to preserve and get them both done. It was definitely time consuming and I have no doubt how much his hands hurt in that cold plus the ridiculous tight space to fit your hand in. I am incredibly grateful to Bob. He deserves a Christmas bonus for that alone.

    Did click and collect, When I told the girl at the till who was "serving" me that I was collecting a Bike, as soon as I said it was in a box the girl immediately rolled her eyes and her words " I suppose I will have to go do it". She then went out the back and all of a sudden they do not have any bikes in stock and the only one was reserved for someone else. Funny that because online it states the store has 10 in stock... She then went on to tell me how its my fault because I left buying a bike for Christmas last minute. WELL this was not a Christmas present it was to replace my sons STOLEN bike!! 1. I now have a son who is now even more upset with no bike!! 2.Who is she to judge if it was the case that I was buying a last minute present? 3. Why assume because its December it must be a Christmas present 4. If you are going to be rude and be annoyed for DOING YOUR JOB please don't work in retail. Definitely will not be returning to this store. I did not even get an apology. Absolute shocking customer service.
