   Absolutely crap Garage. Took by BMW 330E hybrid in as seemed to be losing engine coolant. Said they couldn't find anything wrong. Ended up having to put even more in the following two weeks until it actually overheated on the motorway and nearly caught fire, probably ruined the engine and now there is engine coolant pouring out the bottom. So much for can't find any fault.

   I put my wife’s car in for a MOT and service. The car was misfiring. I knew it had timing chain slip, but I am not a mechanic, so when I got told it would cost £1,350 to get it through its MOT I agreed. If I had been told the car wouldn’t run correctly, I wouldn’t have made that decision. The car had also been over filled with oil. I have made 2 calls to speak with Alan, and he hasn’t returned them.

   Top class service from Alan. I was recommended Alan by two different contacts in the motor trade. Had a fault with our mini that main dealer would’ve charged an arm and a leg for, using his vast BMW/Mini experience Alan was able to locate and fix the fault at a fraction of the cost. 10/10 would recommend.

   Excellent service from field motors i took my bmw m5 in to them last week for some general work. After phoning a few other bmw specialist garages i decided to use them as there costs and knowledge seemed better then other garages i phoned, and i was not disappointed, the service i received was better then expected and they went the extra mile to make sure it was done on time and at a very reasonable cost. Alan is a ex bmw tech and knows his stuff i would not hesitate in using them again and have recommended them to others.
