   I'm a physically handicapped War Veteran, without my one single partially operating left ear I'm deaf to the World. Am really impressed with the behind counter service, staff of Motor Parts Direct know I'm unable to navigate the step entrance to their business. They deal with me as a customer whilst I'm seated in my vehicle which is of a tremendous help. Thank you to the staff involved who are readily willing to assist.

   Really poor welcome from staff when I entered. Appeared disinterested. Lack of personability and common courtesy. I went somewhere down the road instead, who matched the price. I won't return.

   I appreciate that the item may have been dispatched relatively quickly but what appeared to be a courier delay lead my parcel to be days late. When emailing to track where it may be as evri are uncontactable I received no reply after sales therefore quite poor. Paid next day received 4 days later

   Always good advice, helpful and most things in stock or available that day (if you are in early enough otherwise next day). Prices are about as good as it gets (and certainly cheaper than the big chains) unless you want to try the internet and accept the delay and potentially the wrong part.
