   Let's be honest, shopping for car seats with two little ones in tow can be a recipe for disaster. But my recent trip to Smyths Toys Superstores in Salisbury was a breath of fresh air, thanks in no small part to the amazing Sophie! From the moment I walked in, Sophie was there to greet me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. Despite the double handful of babies I had in tow, she remained patient and understanding, taking the time to answer all my questions and offer expert advice. Her knowledge of car seats was impressive, and she clearly explained the different features and options available, making sure I found the perfect fit for both my children. What really stood out was Sophie's genuine care and attentiveness. She wasn't just trying to make a sale; she was genuinely interested in making sure I found the safest and most suitable car seats for my family. Overall, my experience at Smyths Toys Superstores in Salisbury was fantastic. The store itself was well-organized and had a wide selection of car seats to choose from. But the true highlight was the exceptional service provided by Sophie. Her helpfulness, patience, and expertise made a stressful shopping trip into a positive and enjoyable one.    I just wanted to give a hug shout out to Rebecca. My husband and I were really struggling to find a car seat which would work in my car and his van. Rebecca was hugely knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us. She even came outside to show us how to fit it. If we ever need anything else we will certainly be back and asking for her.

   Came into the Salisbury store today to purchase Christmas gifts for my kids and I was refused sale of these 2 items because I was apparently “just in the store with my mate that had been refused a sale for whatever reasoning.. I have no clear idea of whom this friend could have been!! I feel like I was severally miss treated and verbally assault by the members of staff Aiden And whoever was watching all of this rather than try and give a positive idea to the situation. Will not recommend to anyone wanting to visit or purchase anything from salisburys store Also very confused to why they would not let me purchase their item they have for sale on their shelf’s… I think there is defitenly a bit of In store staff profiting off the business and what items you sell to “ customers “ and the ones you want to keep for yourself when you get off shift.

   We visited the Salisbury store on Sunday 23rd October, with the intention of buying a baby travel system, and were extremely pleased with the service we got from Sophie. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and took the time to demonstrate how to assemble the systems thoroughly, and answer any questions we had. She is a credit to Smyth's Toys. Thank you Sophie.

   Absolutely digusted by the poor customer service at this store. Not only was I ignored to begin with, I was then greeted by an unenthusiastic member of staff who Needless to say was incredibly unhelpful. A toy shop should be a fun and customers should greeted with outstanding customer service not a grunt! Come on Smyths buck your ideas up!!!

   To be honest this store was very busy I did not like it very much at all. I was after Pokémon figures to go with my Pokémon toy collection but they didn't have many varieties and I found there stuff very overpriced for what it is and very flimsy witch means cheap plastic That can break easily. I did buy a Pokemon puzzle and a Autistic fidget toy to help my autism but when I got home the paint work started coming off it so I just threw it in the bin. But I love the Pokémon puzzle. I won't be buying any of there stuff again. Toys R Us was cheaper. I wish they could bring Toys R Us back instead of this store. They only had one person serving at a till and we have to call her over for us to get served. I won't be returning to this store again I should just stick to (EBay) and (Amazon) and that's it. Hopefully Toys R Us will be back one day

   A big shout out to Keong, second time in the last 6 months that he has given us his time and expertise. Not being a gamer it’s difficult to know where to start when buying products for my sons XBox. Nothing is too much trouble, honest and great impartial advice. Really friendly team which is why we make the 50 mile round trip. Well done guys keep up the great work and brilliant customer service.11/10

   Visited this store a while ago now, seems from the negative reviews that nothing has changed... I was browsing the milk bottles for babies section when a older member of staff quickly seized on the moment and started to strongly recommend the Dr. Brown range. Said her nephew used them, her family swore by them etc. I said then I was concerned about too fast a flow. Again she professed that they were slow, perfect for hiccupy babies really pushed them. So I made the purchase. Tried them on baby. Flow was so quick she nigh on choked! What she managed to drink she threw up. I went into store- manager was told what happened. He found member of staff. Refused a refund on basis of maternity stock. Questioned her in front of me and in front of whole store, the poisonous little dwarf refused to admit she had recommended the product, and stood there lying to my face that the conversation had ever been had. I even quoted her on her nephew and her family swearing by it. Ah no she said that after the sale had been made, even though she didn’t actually tend the till to me! This reason is why I will never go back to this store again, and it left such a bitter experience I have not used Smyths since...

   Bought a load of toys for Easter on Saturday. Sadly 1 was faulty so brought back on Monday and even though we did not have packaging store refunded. We were so pleased that when we went to buy a replacement toy ended up spending a lot more than the refund. See? Good customer service does make you more money :) Thanks a lot!
