Between laura and kev who made sure everything was done properly got everything working again which took a good couple of hours or even more, neither of them grumbled they went far and beyond to find the fault and fixed it and made sure everything on my vehicle left in perfect condition. “My first visit to this store and needed a headlight bulb replacing. I was warmly welcomed and once the light was looked at, was advised of the maintenance check available, which seemed very good value. The young lady undertook all the checks and explained what she was doing and any repairs that were needed. All done with no fuss at all and I was very pleased with what was done on my car. “Im unsure where these bad reviews are coming from. I am brand new to cycling and recently purchased a 2nd hand road bike. Along with that purchase I had no idea what else I needed other than a helmet. After being recommended solent cycles by a friend I popped down after work and the two assistants (unsure of names) were fantastic, gave me some advice checked my bike over and told me what I needed. I left with a helmet, shoes/clips and a bib-vest + jersey. It think this shop is great and supporting it is a must before all shops end up online and then I would've been left to by the wrong things.”
