   I had a free aircon condition check. The staff were very pleasant and a credit, both to themselves and to Halfords. The young man who checked my car told me he hadn't come across a car like mine before and his honesty gave me confidence. We did a quick Google and using an Ai prompt, we located the correct nozzle for him to connect the diagnostic equipment and he conducted the test. A great collaboration and I thoroughly recommend Halford's retail outlet in Bognor Regis!

   Website availability was extremely convenient at the last minute. The process of the windscreen chip repair was explained to me thoroughly and even though they were short staffed on that day I was treated with such patience and courtesy. The price of the repair was also incredibly reasonable and the turn around time was great.

   Staff were very helpful, Lloyd helped to change the dipped headlights on the car and also was happy to test the rear fog lights and informed us of the issue causing it not to light up. Was very helpful, also explained the correct lights we needed and did an exchange for the lights we bought to the ones we needed. Very kind and quick. Highly recommend. Thank you Lloyd.

   Mark went above and beyond to help us, his positivity was great to see. Steffan who fitted our roof bars showed a very high level of knowledge and ability to complete the task. The one down point was the negatively and lack customer service by Liam. If it hadn't have been for Mark we would've left without a single purchase.

   I took camper van to Halfords Bognor Regis. It needed a new battery. I asked for help and was steered to Chris. He understood that the campers vehicle reg did not register on the Halfords system. Undaunted he came out to check the current vehicle battery. He ensured the replacement was the same dimensions and selected a battery advising me that it had better capacity that the old one. He fitted the new one and away I went. Great service and very polite. It's ashame the Halfords Auto centre half a mile from the retail shop was not at all helpful. The man there told me they could not supply and fit the battery as the van reg did not come up on their system... (in case they gave me the wrong one.) He suggested I take it to an auto factors!

   Just purchased a Jerry Can and the product is fine. A member of staff on the other hand was very rude. I presented my trade card but the item did not qualify for a discount which is fine. I did ask the gentleman serving me about this and he was polite and explained the situation. However another member of staff overheard our conversation and said "we would all like discount at every shop but we don't get it so why should you" and walked off. Very poor customer care not even worth one star.
