   Bought a £30 cricket set from Sports Direct — it arrived ripped, full of holes, and missing the ball. They refused to give me one, had no replacement, and “generously” refunded just £2.24. The manager hid in the back instead of speaking to me, staff acted like I didn’t exist, and even after I asked twice for a protein bar as goodwill, they ignored me. Appalling service, zero respect for customers. Will not recommend to anyone.

   We purchased a cricket set size 6. The casing had a tear on the side and a hole at the bottom. There was a missing ball in the pack & it was the last one on the shelf. When attempting to pay the manager was prompted to provide a discount. He did not communicate with us directly and applied the standard discount of 10% & we was not satisfied with this and asked he provided another ball even a tennis ball he said no. He then gave a further 5% a total of £2.24 We had to scour around looking for another ball so the children could play cricket. Communication, communication is what we have been taught but the manager thought he was a cut above the rest and did not talk to us directly. Disappointed Sports Direct, better service in the West Midlands. Surely you could do better.Waste of my time and money!!! A multinational company should be able to provide a more customer focused experience.

   Awful customer service staff just standing around talking not showing much enthusiasm in wanting to help or assist. Wasn’t very helpful in finding sizes for my child told me they didn’t have it without even checking!!!!!!!!! We found what we were looking for in jd sports where they actually were pleased to help and had much better customer services.

   I really do enjoy shopping here, I've never had any issues,, the clothing is just great and long lasting,, leggings , tops and hoodies. The shoes are a wide variety different brands and styles, summer time all sandals are great deals... the socks are awsome. The staff are always polite, some smaller bags would be more appropriate then an added £2 on the bill, however. Great experience!

   Bought a mouth guard and it says it’s “junior” but it’s more adult, tried it on and didn’t fit (do not buy sondico mouthguards)

   Shockingly unacceptable racist behaviour from till staff what we encounter this afternoon. Young girl should be thought proper manners as somebody failed here the big time. We have asked to be served by somebody else when girl started to be aggressive after we decided to not take shoes boxes with us. She kicked off and her attitude got much worse. We know there is shortage of staff everywhere but you should not employ untrained, racist, lazy, obscene staff. That young woman to be reported and never be let to do any customer services jobs. Be aware foreigners, emigrants - Sport Direct Bognor Regis is not a friendly shop- not downstairs tills ! We hope somebody will look into CCTV as we are reporting further

   Stood at till for 10mins whilst the lady was eating in room to right of till! Was exchanging item like for like and was charged extra! Customer service and chat not helpful at all!

   Good selection of shoes, was pretty busy, probably they have less staff to help you get the right size you need from back of the store. Also I think they started to have more of the shoes inside of main store-customer can find size he wants.

   Seems to be loads of choice until you want your size. My son and I chose 3 different pairs of trainers to try on, none were in stock. Size 9 and 10! No hockey pitch trainers. I couldn't find any swimming costumes for men. Brilliant, if you want hoodies t shirts and long tracksuits but shorts, we counted 5 small racks. Again few in our size of s and xtra large.
