   I’d seen the items that looked good for me online and rather than press the order button and then the clothes in the flesh may not have fitted or just felt different to reality I chose to go for a ten mile drive and check the items out in person. The shop and very attentive professional staff made my purchasing experience so very easy (I’m male, look, try on, decide, pay depart) and it saves me mooching around trying to find the correct clothing. So three T shirts and a hoodie and a smile on my face I left £105 lighter and a very satisfied customer. I’ve shopped at FatFace for near on thirty years and they never disappoint.

   I like the clothes and so does my wife. The store, however, is filthy. Dust balls in every nook and cranny and beyond. It doesn't take long to nip the vacuum around guys!

   I would love to give FatFace a 5 starc rating but they never have my size in their sales........ l haven't been a XS for over 40 odd years. But the shop is good and well laid out and good offers are there if you look. The staff are always helpful and friendly, willingly offering advice to all levels of family members - they all enjoy looking around the well structured shop layout. We always pop in for a look when we are in Whitely. Well done Fat Face.

   Fantastic style, quality and fashion, especially love the advertising with both slim and fuller sized ladies. Good touch; just a pity most shops don't stock larger sizes and seem to carry up to size 18 only ....

   Bought a jumper in the sale had 80% off paid about £10 was about £72 in XXL Staff abit bored or miserable didn't speak to me just scanned put in bag & the staff continued there conversation in the plinth till area in the middle of the store, I'd say cheap jumper poor customer service as didn't even look or speak to me whilst serving, maybe staff training required & they was not busy!!!
