“The assistant was great. They spent a great deal of time making sure I had the fight trainers that will give me good support after an ankle operation. There was a good choice of styles but helped me narrow it down to 2 pairs to give me just what I needed and a lot of what I’d like.”

“I came to the UK for work and didn't know I would be staying at a hotel in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. How lucky was that!! One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT for the Fred Perry store. I was helped by three people: Meg, Ethan, and Alex. They were just AMAZING!! They treated me like I was their most important customer, answering my questions and showing me items based on what I told them I was looking for. I really like Fred Perry apparel and was happy with the great prices I got on my items. However, Meg, Ethan, and Alex were truly the best thing about my shopping experience. “Wish I could give more than 5 stars! I have a Peradon snooker cue that needed looking at: the joint kept coming loose, the cue itself was looking dull and overall wasn’t feeling very smooth. My dad dropped it off and Marc was so efficient; it was ready within a day. The cue now feels and looks absolutely amazing, like brand new. I’d recommend Marc to anyone who wants their cue restored to perfection, he is the business.”

I'm new to the sport so everything is a bit of a mystery, but Phil diligently walked me through all the options, letting me test and try, whilst explaining them in terms I could understand. They have a great range of kit and whites for junior sizes and I can get everything he needs from here. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. It's a bit off the beat and track, out of the city centre but Maps leads you to It's location well and there is plenty of parking. They also have a good range of clothes and kit for other sports. Highly recommended.”
