Not great service ordered a Gloucester 1/2 years kit 28/11/2025 missed delivery (only got on day of delivery) rebooked 9/12/2025 didn’t turn up booked local post office and now can’t find out where it is? Only way of contacting is email so stuck asked for money back as it was a present for my grandson 1st birthday and will get it from ground, can’t understand why Gloucester didn’t keep this in house. Very poor
