“I ordered direct online with eurohike 6days ago and my tent hadn’t arrived by today as it was still in transit and the dispatch date (a day after ordering triggered the 3-5day delivery, Not from date of ordering . After spending an hour on call waiting directly to eurohike chasing the original delivery; they couldn’t help. I contacted Connor at this fareham store and they luckily had a tent to match instock. Whoopie!! They were so kind and helpful and would honour what I’d paid online. Just as the calls ended my delivery arrived! However I would highly recommend going to this store infuture for wonderful customer service!! Thankyou! Preparing for an extended trip to Europe, I bought amongst other things, a pair of walking boots, and the sole came away from the upper after a few months. I took them back not expecting much without a receipt, but was pleasantly surprised to be offered an exchange or credit note there and then. As the boots were comfortable and just what I wanted, that was what I had hoped for. Excellent service, decent prices and helpful, knowledgeable staff. I can't recommend Trespass more.”

“Im unsure where these bad reviews are coming from. I am brand new to cycling and recently purchased a 2nd hand road bike. Along with that purchase I had no idea what else I needed other than a helmet. After being recommended solent cycles by a friend I popped down after work and the two assistants (unsure of names) were fantastic, gave me some advice checked my bike over and told me what I needed. I left with a helmet, shoes/clips and a bib-vest + jersey. It think this shop is great and supporting it is a must before all shops end up online and then I would've been left to by the wrong things.”

A lady with short hair greeted me and was so helpful in sorting through my retuns and exhanges/stock checking for an exchange, went beyond great service and was super friendly.
