   Normally buy Clothing ,shoes etc and quality to me is perfect plus discounts,cant go wrong.Shop very spacious and always busy.Sports Direct has been one of my favourite place for a couple of years now. Perfect Sports Shop and Good Deals not to miss.

   Very rude and awful lady manager , well she said she was the manager but have never come across a manager like her before , definitely needs customer care training. Her face was very stern looking before we even spoke . Such a shame as haven't come across this in other stores. Won't be going to Fareham branch again.

   Assistant manager blonde lady very rude. Decided she wanted to swear at me and a friend who were about to buy a product. Once we left because her rudeness I recorded her and she assaulted me trying to grab my phone out my hand.

   Product was good, trying to find an assistant to get my size awful and as soon as my size was delivered off the assistant ran to another customer. Long queue at cash desk due to argument about the displayed price not matching what the computer says and the store removing it from sale to reprice at the higher figure. But the product can not be faulted...

   Went looking for shoes staff were uncooperative saying it wasn't their job they then went in the back of the shop, it took ten minutes until some one came back out, they weren't interested in serving anyone at all.

   Staff are rude asked 3 staff member who all seemed un interested and just told to ask someone else even tho only one of those was helping with another customer if I was told wait 5 minutes wouldn't have been a problem but all seemed to rather pass you off on to someone else and stand around flirting with each other also add not the first time this has happened as went in last month to not be offered any help again

   Never met such a rude staff team. Asked four members of staff for help and was told to “ask some one else” every time despite them not being busy and openly flirting with other staff members ( only one staff member was actually with another customer) . When I finally was served I was greeted by a very rude man with a sever attitude problem.

   Staff quite helpful, and the store reasonably well stocked. Took me about 15 minutes to find and buy a pair of trainers. Would be good if they had a simple plastic bag rather than the reusable Sports Direct marked carrier.
