   We visited today to have a look around, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm and friendly service by a lovely woman named Ruth. She was incredibly welcoming, positive, and had a bright, cheerful smile. Ruth went out of her way to help us find items and made us feel completely at ease, allowing us time to browse without any pressure to buy. It’s customer service like this that truly stands out and will keep us coming back. Thank you so much, Ruth, for making our visit such a pleasant experience—you really made our day! P.S. The store was spotless and well-organized. Absolutely no complaints!

   Next in Fareham is an ok store , has clothes for sale , can't really say much more than that , as the staff , didn't do anything wrong or go out of their way to make the shopping experience any more special than it could be

   A pretty small next located within the Fareham shopping centre. Plenty of COVID information and signage as well as sanitising stations at the entrance. Very tidy inside although the men’s department no longer has manned tills so a bit of a hassle finding some help. The changing rooms also shut due to changing restrictions although you can try on shoes. No testers on the aftershaves for same reason Overall a good place for a variety of clothes men’s women’s and children’s along with a small Christmas gift range though no home wares to speak of. Visited again today and next has a sale on.

   I like looking around Next in Fareham, however I often find that not a lot jumps out at me. I think the shop it a bit too small for a Next store, as they are often larger and able to display more stock. The home section is so small it is not worth bothering with really. Staff always helpful!

   Would just like to say thank you again to two of the staff who helped me this morning in the store with regards to my Disinfectant leakage! They could not have been more helpful helping me cleaning up, gave me extra bags to put the stuff in I had already brought and even took the bag that had been leaked into and cleaned and dryed it out. Thanks again ladies, appreciate your help and friendly service.
