   Terrible service. Ordered some shoes, arrived promptly, too big, returned them. Apparently it takes 10 days to even confirm receipt and if you wan to try and get through to their customer services, it takes 30 mins on hold, only to be told to call back after the 10 days to see if the package had been received and for the refund process to start. Does not say that on their website!!!

   Avoid this company at all costs. I Ordered items two weeks ago, they have not been delivered. There has been no communication from them even after repeated calls and emails. Terrible customer service and I’m down £150 with nothing to show for it. AVOID.

   I have used Nevisport a couple times and have never had a problem. My recent purchase of a pair of Salmon hiking shoes was £25 cheaper than anywhere else, arrived within 4 days and they kept me informed of progress. Very pleased with my shoes and the service.
