    Went into my local Peacocks store today to buy some bits and when I got to the till, i placed my items on the desk along with my Blue Light Card and the person serving me asked if I had any I.D on me. Since when did I have to prove who I am to buy clothes, etc?

    Ok so usually I only post positive reviews, but unfortunately today is different. Popped into Peacocks Fareham for a specific item, luckily I managed to get what I wanted at a good price. The clothes in there are good and not a bad cost. The issue I had was with cleanliness, I used the changing rooms to try on some trousers and the floor was really dusty and bitty. There was nowhere for my jeans to go apart from on the floor which caused them to pick up the dust and bits. The new black trousers I was trying on also picked up the dust from the floor and was really noticeable. It seemed really cluttered behind the tills and around the changing room as well. In summary: Clothes were fine but the store could use some tlc. (I should have taken pictures but didn't think of it at the time.)

    Brought my work trousers here, always do as they are good value at £9. Looked to pick up some trousers and tops for my 2 year old but nothing suitable. The one top I liked was just as much as I payed for my trousers!!! Too expensive!!

    Peacocks is a cheap clothing shop. You can pick up some realy good bargains. If you have a fuller figure then you will have to go elsewhere. There is a small amount of mens clothing. Cheap prices but not poor quality clothes, in the sizes they stock, for male or female.
