Had such a great experience today visiting Fred Perry in Portsmouth. I was helped by Ellie & Chloe that went out of their way to provide a top rate service. Such a great team overall. Nick too was a lovely guy and had my youngest laughing. Thank you!
I came to this store with my 3 friends for our annual Christmas shopping trip and we couldn’t have been more happy. The manager Kayleigh and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. The store is well organised, clean and we were lucky enough to take advantage of some sale goods. Thank you, see you next year.
I recently within the last week purchased a number of polo tops from this store. Unfortunately I didn't get the two girls names who work there. The help and service I received was brilliant. Very helpful and friendly. A little later I took them a slice of cake back each as a thank you

I came to the UK for work and didn't know I would be staying at a hotel in the middle of an outdoor outlet mall. How lucky was that!! One thing about outlet malls is that the employees tend to stay very busy with not-so-polite shoppers. As I walked around to the different stores, I found this to be true here as well EXCEPT for the Fred Perry store. I was helped by three people: Meg, Ethan, and Alex. They were just AMAZING!! They treated me like I was their most important customer, answering my questions and showing me items based on what I told them I was looking for. I really like Fred Perry apparel and was happy with the great prices I got on my items. However, Meg, Ethan, and Alex were truly the best thing about my shopping experience. If any of the three of you are reading this review, THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Swift, friendly service from the manager Lee. He recommended different bits of clothing to help craft the look I was going for. Will be visiting again.
