Excellent, courteous and knowledgeable service last Sunday (September, 2025). I've used and had Musto kit all of my life (including the old Musto and Hyde days) and the store staff knew all about it and sorted me out with just what I needed to bring me up to the present day!
On a fleeting visit to Cowes last Saturday ( 26th July ) for over 15 yrs…….. I popped in to Musto, having been a loyal customer for over 40 yrs !!! Well, the staff were all so happy, smiling & knowledgeable …….so much so we bought several items to replace our old sailing gear in particular , “ Rhys” was exceptional in his help and attitude. Attended this store on the last day of cowes week 2022 and was greated with young people giggling at me and then walked off , I know iam a larger person but I was considering buying some clothes for my children and a new hat for me , but I was disgusted by how they looked up and down as if I did not belong in there shop so I went to helly hanson to spend my money , I will not return to this shop again.
Fantastic store and service and really knowledgeable staff. If you’re going to invest in proper ‘oilies’ or top up on sailing accessories- it’s worth popping in to the W. Cowes Musto store.
