Lovely items but the assistant looked down her nose at me! Didnt appear happy at all! So miserable ! I could of spent more but left.
Nice clothing but terrible in-store experience. One of the shop assistants carries an arrogant and unbothered attitude - hard to describe what it is but it definitely came off as one of th worst shopping experience I have had. For that, I won't go back again and I can't recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a pleasant shopping experience.

Lovely shop and fantastic online service too. Bought a bag while on holiday. Got home and decided to buy another in a different colour on their online shop. The strap I chose wasn't in stock so they messaged me with photos of 3 different choices. It was dispatched the same afternoon and arrived a 11.15am the next day. Would definitely recommend and purchase online again. Thank you Cowes store.
