Such a fantastic experience in Henri Lloyd Cowes on Friday. The two ladies working in the shop were so helpful and offered lots of brilliant options for my daughter who needed a very waterproof coat for her year abroad in Norway. Very very happy with her purchase
Very pleasant experience at this store, Henri-Lloyd in Cowes, purchasing great quality coastal jackets. Beth H, was superb with her detailed knowledge of garments and sizing. Her customer service was outstanding and as a result would return for further boating clothing in future.
Visited Henri Lloyd in Cowes IoW today and purchased a fabulous off shore jacket, super service from Katy (and RNLI volunteer) who sold me the item. Truly exceptional service and had the product knowledge to encourage me to buy it. Well done.
Brilliant customer service. I bought a Henri-Lloyd coat 7 years ago. It's worn daily for at least three quarters of the year. Last week it started to leak. I came into the shop at Cowes and received some excellent advice from Katie, who explained how material can get clogged with dirt and become less waterproof. She said that the coats have a very long life expectancy, but that the do require some re-proofing occasionally. She talked me through the products available and was really helpful. I'm very glad to say that I followed her advice, and my coat is brand new and fully waterproof once more. Thanks Katie.
My BEST shopping experience ever as a female sailor! The staff, especially Katie, were just so nice and available. She helped me find the perfect salopette, went though different models, colors and fits. I never felt this pampered in a sailing shop. AND there is a wide, high quality selection of items for female sailors too. HIGHLY recommend. Best place to find your gear
Younger staff were friendly and helpful, another staff member was rude and unwelcoming at the till! Certainly not the customer service you expect when spending a decent amount here. Bought a wetsuit from this shop in the sale, got it home and noticed it was full of small/medium holes, why it wasn't marked up as damaged I don't know..!
This shop sold me pair of pro sailing gloves. They lasted a day of sailing in 8mph winds!. i was told by the shop to send the poor quality goods back to their head office. This was in June. They have told me they are under new ownership and have no obligation to refund. Poor product and poor customer service. What a bunch of crooks.
Good store. Hope they keep going as an iconic name in sailing. Have used the goretex materials in the past and never had a problem. Some good technical clothes. Sorted me out for a round the world race and had no complaints. Some of the fashion based clothes I personally don’t use but the sailing gear is very good.
Had a problem with a pair of salopettes which was resolved quickly and to my total satisfaction. Great sales after care at the Cowes store. Well done ! ☺
New staff not help full at all over the past 12year I had been going there I had bought about 22 items hats jackets polo shirts ,I Will look on line of eBay nest time .i live on the isle
