   I had such a great experience at the Adidas store in Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth. Amber was incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I can feel a bit self-conscious when trying on clothes, but she was so kind and reassuring, and she made sure I had the right sizes, which really helped me feel comfortable. I don’t usually enjoy shopping in-store, but this visit was genuinely a positive experience. Thank you, Amber, for being so lovely and supportive!

   I had a very poor experience at this Adidas store. The manager’s attitude was extremely dismissive and unprofessional when I tried to address an issue with a recent purchase. Instead of offering assistance, he spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner. Shortly after our conversation, I heard him use inappropriate language that appeared to be directed at me, which felt highly unprofessional and unacceptable. This visit was unnecessarily stressful and far below the level of service I expect from Adidas.

   The shoe section could do with more staffing as it seemed a bit haphazard with open boxes and shoes missing etc. The boxes were poor and falling apart. We both bought a pair of trainers but that was more by our effort and good fortune than the store.

   I haven't had customer service on this level for quite some time. Michaylia was absoultely outstanding, she communicated very well and made my family and I feel so welcome. I definitely will be returning. I do hope you get the regconigtion you deserve.

   Huge shrine to discounted Adidas products including sportswear, trainers and replica football shorts. If you are an Adidas fan and are looking for a bargain this is the place to visit!

   Didn't spend much time in here so difficult to give a through review. Nicely laid out but seemed a bit thin on the ground with stock. Also, seemed to be at least half dozen customer assistants having a casual chat on the middle of shop floor. I could be mistaken may have been a staff meeting or customers???

   Newly relocated this new adidas store is laid out far better than the old one. There are new displays and more trainers to select from as well as click and collect and better queue and till area. Quiet when we visited but plenty to see and a decent changing room area. Much better than the old store that hadn’t really changed for about 10 years, have a look when you’re next in Gun Warf.

   Excellent for a bargain. My son treated himself to new football boots 50% off plus another 20%! To add: went here again 2/5/2022 hardly any football boots, no choice at all. What has happened? The sale price I got for previous boots must have been a very limited offer.
