Worst possible service, arrived for gait testing after a 40min drive to be told on arrival that my appointment had been cancelled. Asked if I could try some trainers on anyway and was ignored by at least 2 shop assistants for 30 minutes. Whilst I was waiting around 2 young lads shop lifted some gear and alarms went off, no staff knew what to do!! Manager nowhere to be seen when I asked.
First time here. It's a massive store for all of your outdoor sport needs. Ellie kindly assisted me to find my shoe size and was patient enough to help me choose. She attended to more customers after me. Ellie is very friendly and approachable. Thank you.
I try to spend money here but they make it impossible. I’ve visited several times but the staff situation makes it impossible to buy. There is never enough help and you have to go looking for it because they are certainly not proactive. I did actually manage to find someone today who forgot what she had gone for but then came back with the sting shoes anyway. She then spotted a far more interesting customer and abandoned. Once again, have given up and found online.

The lady was lovely. Really knew what she was talking about. Helped me and my wife get new trainers. Didn't feel like we were being sold to but really advised
Brilliant service! I booked an appointment for gait analysis and the member of staff was really friendly and helpful, explaining how it worked and what he recommended. I was amazed to see and feel the difference from trying different pairs of trainers on the treadmill, and I'm really encouraged that I've found a pair that will help prevent injury. I wouldn't have had a clue what I was looking for if I'd bought something online, so I'm really glad I came into the shop and had such great advice on what I needed.
