“I was supposed to write this review a wile ago but I forgot, few months ago I ordered a new wheel for my giant bike, I went to the store and ordered with one of the guys, we checked before if it was available in the warehouse to be quick delivers at the store, i paid for it and they told me that I will get it in within few days, but after few weeks I didn’t get anything, I went to holiday leaving back my bike and using my sister one, not a great time … Nobody knows why that wheel took so long to arrive but I got it after my holiday almost 7/8 weeks after I ordered. I was not happy at all about that but Duncan, a guy who works there, noticed my frustration and offered me to replace the wheel for free, this gesture changed my review from negative to positive. Thank you Duncan! You did a great job!”

“We were looking for a long sleeve/leg wetsuit for our 8 year old as her shortie just wasn't cutting it on the Welsh beaches. Hot Dog Surf Shop sells new and 2nd hand wetsuits and the staff were super helpful finding one that fit her properly. Second hand kids wet suits are £15 and the new one we bought was £40. The range of clothes and beach wear is impressive and we also picked up a couple of bargains on the sale rack. Thank you for your help!”

“Really helpful husband and wife ran business Karen is Dai's daughter and she is carrying on the business, I've always found them very helpful and price's are very fair on everything, for such a small shop they pack a hell of alot in to the shop, they have most things to do with air rifles there and if it's not there they can normally get it, I've used them on and off with air rifle servicing for over 20yrs, their open Wednesday to Saturday and the shop is usually busy well it's always been busy when I've gone there, they normally have a range of secondhand rifles and New air rifles and fair supply of pistol's scopes and pellets gun bags target's metal paper and chalk, they also have knife sharpening tools and kit's, I will happily continue to use them in the future and I've taken friends and family there for a wide range of air rifle related stuff and I would happily recommend them to anyone in the future regarding air rifles etc for hunting and target use”
