Unbelievably good gait analysis and running shoe fitting with Thane in the Swansea store. Clearly is very knowledgeable and was happy to listen whilst he worked on the ideal shoe for me. I cannot wait to get back running! Thank you so much
It was a fab experience, we were put at ease though we were beginners at running. Our gait assessments and shoe selections were explained in detail, we were not rushed into making a decision. Thank you - we look forward to trying the new running shoes and socks out soon.
Had a gait analysis fr mThane (sp) who was excellent. Very patient, nothing too much trouble. Knowledge was obvious the whole process. Came home with nice HOKA running shoes. Very happy. Will recommend.
Changed my running forever!! I used to run a lot but always got a bad back so I haven't run properly for a while, I felt pain after every run. Someone recommended getting my gate measured with Moti for a better pair of trainers. The staff were really supportive and talked me through the gate measurements. Videoed me running on a treadmill mill with a standard support and then adjusted the style shoe.according to what I needed. I didn't realised my feet turned in so much when I run because I didn't have the correct support. I spend about 40 minutes testing different pairs of trainers with different supports, until I found a pair that supported my feet better when running but also felt comfortable. I came away with a pair that I was really happy with. I went for a run earlier and run my best 5k in about 3 years. I think the sales man was called Matthew, he was fantastic and really helped me. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who runs regularly, worth every penny
Rather than order online I wanted to speak with someone in person, who could advise me on the right purchase for my running style. The sales person who assisted me was knowledgeable, and helped me make the right decision. Definitely recommend the service to other runners.

Fantastic service. I bought a pair of running shoes today and was very impressed with the gait analysis and the fact that the member of staff was knowledgable and friendly without being pushy. I feel that I received great advice and would certainly recommend this store.
Went for gait analysis for a new pair of shoes and I have to say, the service I received was first class. Had the initial analysis to see my current shoes then tried on 3 pairs of shoes suggested by the staff. Gait analysis done for each pair to and one pair even another go to check the comfort. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with very clear passion for running. Great at explaining all of the technical aspects and differences of the showcased shoes. The gait analysis is 20 quid but ends up being gratis if you purchase shoes with them. Theres also 10% off for subscribing to their mailing list, which is a lifetime not just one off discount. All in all excellent service and would highly recommend. Good luck in the new location in the quadrant too!!
