Outstanding service at Giant Swansea. The staff went above and beyond to help me purchase my first road bike. As a beginner cyclist I had no idea what I was looking for and what bike would be best for me. Ifan was absolutely amazing!! He talked me through everything I needed to know and advised which bike would be best for me! Once I had decided on which bike I was going for Ifan got me fitted on the bike and made all of the adjustments I needed to insure I was comfortable and that I was correctly fitted to the bike. Matthew was also brilliant throughout the whole customer service ensuring everything ran smoothly the day we were due to collect the bike. Thank you so much Ifan and Matthew, service was 10/10!!
Just been very disappointed by Giant Swansea. Booked in for a service and dropper post install. Dropped the bike off day early. Told then it should be ready on the day it's booked for, phoned to check progress to be told work hasn't been started unlikely to be ready next day either. After 3 days I picked up dropper & seat set 150mm higher original seat position so now wire longer than needed. Requested brake pads replaced during service NOT done, chain/drive clean & lub NOT done (was pretty clean before it went in should have been shining). Great bikes but won't be getting another due to after sales
I was supposed to write this review a wile ago but I forgot, few months ago I ordered a new wheel for my giant bike, I went to the store and ordered with one of the guys, we checked before if it was available in the warehouse to be quick delivers at the store, i paid for it and they told me that I will get it in within few days, but after few weeks I didn’t get anything, I went to holiday leaving back my bike and using my sister one, not a great time … Nobody knows why that wheel took so long to arrive but I got it after my holiday almost 7/8 weeks after I ordered. I was not happy at all about that but Duncan, a guy who works there, noticed my frustration and offered me to replace the wheel for free, this gesture changed my review from negative to positive. Thank you Duncan! You did a great job!
Was a really great experience. Order the bike. Had to wait for my cycle to work voucher to come. They held onto the bike. Emailed and arrange pick up and then it was a fast and effortless process to getting the bike. The team respond quickly to any enquiry. Will be using again

The was actually the trees store cardiff not Giant-store ? Top customer service I dealt with Chun he was very knowledgeable prepared my cleats and have best advice on what to purchase. I am very pleased all, around. Thanks again
Do you value customer service, staff integrity, prompt service and most of all value for money? THEN AVOID THIS STORE!!! Purchasing my e-bike from this shop is one of the biggest regrets I have! Quite simply put; the sheer incompetence within this store and it’s warranty department is astonishing!! I can not recommend you avoid this place any more!!
Great customer service. I bought a bike there last week even though I live in Bristol as they had the model/size I needed. Had a problem with the power-meter and tried to get it sorted at Giant in Bristol who wanted payment for labour. Swansea stepped in, swapped the defective part and threw in a free bike jersey. If I lived in Wales I would go there every time!
My recent treatment by Giant Cardiff and by Giant Head Office were very poor. I purchased a new bike online from Giant Cardiff and paid a £40.00 charge for the courier service. The courier split the box and lost the pedals the tool kit and pretty much all the bits you need to assemble and enjoy the bike. From here on the lack of after sales service kicked in and after two weeks of constant chasing I finally got all the parts. I was promised a call from the manager at nothing but it never came. I then took my complaint to Giants headquarters where a pleasant guy called from customer services and emailed me about the problems. When he found out that the manager at Cardiff was part of the problem he stopped communicating with me. It turns out the Cardiff manager is a friend of his. End of customer service. The moral of the story is if your bike goes wrong just take it to Halford's as Giant will not want to know. Very poor Giant ... never again !
