   Bought a ps5 controller a month ago and it already has stick drift and other problems, the short coloured boy working behind the software counter proceeded to drop a ps5 controller in the box on the floor and casually puts it back on the shelf like nothing happened, in front of me by the way, so it’s safe to say he dropped mine too, stop hiring complete and utter idiots who have no respect for any of the customers who decide to shop at this place. Thanks!

   Fantastic Customer Service from Leanne at Smyths Toys, Swansea! I had an amazing experience at Smyths Toys in Swansea thanks to Leanne. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me find the product my son really wanted — something I hadn’t been able to get anywhere else! Her kindness and effort made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. It’s rare to find such genuine customer service these days, and Leanne truly deserves recognition for her outstanding help.    *Unreal customer service* Love this store, been coming here for years. Some cracking deals but the reason for my review today is for one employee in particular. Leanne from the Swansea store was not only spreading nothing but good vibes throughout the store. But I misplaced my phone and wasnt able to collect my items due to not being able to access my code. She allowed me to borrow her device to access my emails for me to get the code rather than travel 40 mins back home! Absouletly 10* customer service, we need more people like this in the world. Its made my day and even got on the computer tonight just to write this review. Shes a brilliant human

   Great service. The wife sent me a requests for Xmas presents for the kids via WhatsApp as images. I arrived in the store and there was a very helpfully man who welcomed me in and asked if i needed any assistance. Explained I was on an errand from the wife, showed him said pictures and he directed me with pinpoint accuracy to where I needed to go. In and out in 10 mins, didn't catch his name but great service and clearly knows his store layout.

   Thank you for Fabulous Service Visited the Swansea branch recently to purchase a stroller and baby car seat. We were help by 2 members of staff, we didn’t manage to notice the first assistant name but he was extremely helpful getting the strollers from the shelf for us to compare, fold down, you name it he showed us, explained it and answered all our questions. We were also then assisted by Kelly who was again extremely helpful and again helping us make the final decision considering everything we needed. When it came to car seat she asked me all the right questions to get what we needed and then we narrowed it down to 2 which she promptly got into a trolley and tried them out on our car outside in the very warm weather (I had parked in the shade but still warm). There was only 1 seat that would fit in our car so thank goodness Kelly checked. So once purchased Kelly then fitted our new car seat, explained everything she was doing and made sure we knew how to operate it and ensuring that we would be fitted back correctly in future. She also said any problems in the future with our purchases just come back to the shop and they would help us. This just proves that when it comes to somethings you really need to visit a shop with staff that knows the products it sells and we definitely we more than happy with the help and service we received. Thank you

   Love coming here with the kids, a massive selection of toys. All you could ever need for any kids Birthday. Great Selection of Lego, Karaoke Machines, Dolls Houses, Outdoor Toys, Bikes, Trikes, kids Electric Ride On's Trampolines, Swimming Pools, Stationery, Bikes, Skates, A good selection of Bike/Skate Helmets, Knee/Elbow Pads ect .. Baby Furniture & Prams & Buggies ect... There is a 'GAME' Store within this Toy Store also.... This Shop Reminds me of going to 'Toy's R Us' Shop when I was a child :-) Easy to get to, with a Good Sized Car Park with large spaces for each car. Also Wheel Chair Parking all along the front of the Store, with Wheel Chair Access , this shop is all on the Ground Floor.
