After having a bad experience with the last shop I used for school uniform I was reccomejded J and S by parents from my boys school. I was anxious to use a new shop,but decided to try them out. I ordered on the 27th of December,aware that most places are closed over the Christmas period,so expected to wait till the second week of January. When placing the order I received an email confirming my order and saying the shop opens back up on the 3rd of January and to wait 7 days from this date before chasing any orders up. On the 3rd of January I received an email to say they had opened up and were working on my order. By 430 the sane day,I received an email to say my order was ready for collection. They must have started my order as soon as they opened and shows how efficient they are. I collected the items on the Monday first thing and was met by a smile and warm welcome. I was asked my name and waited no more than 20 seconds for the lady to bring my order from the back. Nowhere have I experienced a service like this and considering the items are made to order is truly unbelievable. I could not reccomebd J and S more highly and can safely sat they are the best school uniform in Swansea by a mile. I will never go anywhere else I'm the future and advise you to do the same.
