It's a very small shop with everything crammed in. Not easy to get around and still pretty pricey even with a 50% sale on. I wouldn't go again.
My wife went into the store to complain about the laces on a pair of Mountain Warehouse walking boots that she’d only purchased a month ago, as they’ve already started to fall apart after light use. She had her receipt and we also had photos of the defective laces as well. They didn’t offer her a new pair, she was just told that she would have to purchase new ones from the store, or contact customer support, where she may be able to get replacement boots - something that we probably shouldn’t have been told, according to the sales assistant. Utterly useless. There’s clearly a reason why there’s always a sale on at their stores, as it seems their own items are of poor quality. We certainly won’t be purchasing anything from there in future, after such an unhelpful experience. You need to employ better staff that are actually interested when a customer has had an issue with one of your products.

Mind this place as they use fake emails, even the upper management know about it and won't do anything about it!!!
We had a good in-store experience. But having them ordered something online we had an even better customer service experience. I ordered some snow boots & they arrived quicker than expected. However it turns out the wrong size boots had been put into the box so I received a size 6 instead of a size 7. I filled in the online form for contacting customer service on Friday evening to explain the issue and asked what was the quickest way to resolve the issue. I had a reply later that evening which apologized for the confusion and told me they had dispatched a new pair of boots with express delivery. The correct boots arrived on Sunday and I couldn't be happier with them. Overall I've been really impressed with the speed of response and of the quality of the boots and the customer service!
