Was just looking around and saw a backpack had a chat with Oscar, and he boosted my confidence with the bag leading to me with not just a backpack but a big smile on my face and a whole lot of confidence, BIG UP OSCAR!!!!! x
Poor customer service, bought shoes online went to exchange shoe size as they were too small (brand new/didn’t wear outside) was refused as manager accused me of wearing the shoes. The shoe tags were still on the shoe, so doesn’t make sense for me to wear them out , sole of the shoe was brand new, no shoe creases but yet a spec of dust means that I’ve worn them shoe outside... Had to go through customer service to get some proper help and get an exchange. Manager wasn’t trying to hear me out. Common sense could’ve prevented such hassle.
I recently visited Footasylum with a few friends, and I want to highlight the exceptional service we received from Oscar a member of staff. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, thanks to his professionalism and dedication. As soon as we entered the store, he greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Despite the store being fairly busy, he made time to assist us personally, ensuring we found exactly what we were looking for. His knowledge of the products was impressive—he gave us detailed information about different trainers, including fit, durability, and style recommendations based on our preferences. What stood out the most was his patience. We tried on several pairs, and he was happy to bring us different sizes and alternatives without hesitation. He genuinely cared about helping us make the right choice, and it never felt rushed or transactional. Additionally, his friendliness and approachable nature made the entire process enjoyable. He had a great attitude, which created a positive atmosphere. By the end, all of us walked away with trainers we absolutely loved, and it’s safe to say we left as happy customers. I highly recommend this branch of Footasylum and want to extend a huge thank-you to the staff member for his incredible service. It’s rare to come across someone who goes above and beyond like he did, and it really made our visit memorable. If you’re looking for quality trainers and top-notch customer service, this is definitely the place to go!
Oliver very unprofessional instead of being manager you should train on communication skills. I purchased my trainers last week and they are to small and I wanted to exchange for another size but you accused me of wearing the shoe outside when this was not the case instead of listening to me you made a quick judgment and was not polite. The shoe was already on display when I purchased as was the last pair but you failed to understand this. Advise to people going to this shop, never purchase display.

Did not go here because the letter S in Asylum is the wrong way round. I just walked past it towards Cafe W where I had a nice Cappuccino with almond in it. Nice!

The staff are lovely but maybe a bit too helpful! I was in the shop 10 minutes and approached to see if I needed assistance 7 times!! Give a girl time to look at what you're selling guys!
Decent little shop, good range of styles and pleasant staff. Only thing that was driving me loopy was the full on R&B music that was banging out. Now I like R&B, but those tunes were probably more suited to a bump and grind session in a nightclub...in summary if you want to get some fresh trainers and feel a little frisky whilst doing so, then this is your place. ✌️
