Dealt with my order promptly and with exemplary levels customer service then I received a call from the company owner, advising that the same item I had ordered was on sale, with additional items thrown in for free and she wanted to refund me the difference. It is RARE that you will encounter businesses that operate with this level of integrity and transparency and for this reason alone I would recommend physique highly if youre in the market for physio, rehab and exercise supplies and equipment...5 stars from me but if give 6 if I could !
Paid for next-day delivery, but the items did not arrive at all, let alone on the next day. They did issue a refund, and ultimately, the fault lies with Evri.
I ordered an ankle support a couple of days ago. The quality was excellent but it was unsuitable for my particular need. I contacted customer service, who were incredibly polite and helpful. I returned my item and received a refund with no problem at all. I would definitely recommend this company based on my experience.
I started using Physique when I qualified as a Sports Therapist in 2014. I use them for both my private clinic and to supply my rugby team.
