Great service from Run Co in Chichester. I picked up a pair of Karhu Ikoni running shoes and I’m really pleased with them. Eddie was very helpful and made sure I found the right fit. Would happily recommend.
Went in earlier today to purchase new running shoes , and let me just say the service and nolege excellent. Felt very welcome and this was the first time 3 pairs of running trainers have fitted perfectly just by the staff nolege after she had asked me few questions. Obviously I only required 1 pair, but will be back for the others .All shoes great value for money would highly recommend anyone either getting back into running or starting out , to pay them a vist as you won't be disappointed.
Love this running shop!! Run by a husband-wife team, who really care about meeting your running needs. Needed new trail running shoes....they tested my pronation on the treadmill, and took time to secure the best shoe for me. Completely recommend; buy with confidence!
Popped in to get some running shoes and from the first second to last I was overwhelmed by how friendly and knowledgeable the young lad was that looked after me. Got some great shoes that are suitable for my feet. I highly recommend this shop. Service was exceptional! The quality of products they have to offer as well as shoes are great.

I visited Run Company in Chichester on Saturday 22nd Oct 22 with a faulty head touch that I purchased earlier in the year. No receipt. No expectations. Thankfully, Jason helped find the transaction and his manager kindly agreed I should have a straight swap and they would deal with the credit from the supplier. No hassle for me. Such excellent customer service. I was so impressed I went on to buy several other high value items in the knowledge they will be there if I need their help. Super impressed with them. Once I ordered the delivery was super quick. I had to exchange the shoes and they were absolutely amazing. The costumer service was brilliant and again the delivery was super speedy. Will definitely use them again.
I went into store today, had an gait analysis to find the perfect trainer for me. I was served by Tasha who was very knowledgeable and friendly she helped me find the perfect running shoe that suited me the best and gave me many options to choose from. I’m really happy with the service I received and I would recommend to anyone who looking for good quality trainers :)
