However when you are a woman that needs size 9 shoes and you are recovering from a broken bone I didn't hold much hope at all. I was totally blown away by the fantastic help and advice that I received by the supervisor staff at Chichester. I wasn't made to feel rushed or under pressure to purchase which made me want to buy in-store without even searching the internet for alternative offers. “I can’t recommend ESP enough. This shop is second to none when it comes to advice and customer service. Jamie who runs the shop genuinely cares more about getting the product that is right for his customer above all else, even if that means no sale. He treats all his customers with respect no matter what their age. He asks all the right questions to find out what his customers really need, weighing up the pros and cons as he goes. I watched and listened as a Dad who knows less than his 12 yr old son about scooters, with a mix pride and intrigue as Jamie and Oliver discussed all his options and weighed up the right thing for him. As a result, a kid with a scooter that he is proud of and knows is right for him, a better educated Dad and a happy Jamie who got to do his masterclass in customer service yet again. Thanks Jamie!”

“A great introduction to paddle boarding. Ian and Amy made the session really fun and the grandkids were so impressed they were able to stand up on their first go, although they did take a couple of unplanned dips! They didn’t stop talking about it all the way home. Highly recommend Ian and Amy, they had a relaxed fun way of teaching. Thanks for a great afternoon.”

“I recommend highly the ‘Little Rippers Surfing Course for 5-7 year-olds. 2 hours for £60 and they all learned to catch waves and stand up! Sam delivered the boards to the kids and the tuition team was led by Simon with Tom and Ted. So three teachers for seven children on our course which was a great ratio. An energy-packed couple of hours with all the kit provided and after-swim facilities too. Four places left for their 9.15am course on Friday 16th August. Here’s an excerpt from their website: “All of the learning is made easier and safer through the use of soft 9 foot longboards with flexible rubber fins. West Wittering frequently provides small waves which are perfect for the first steps in surfing. The waves generally appear a few hours before high tide (this is when the surf lessons are scheduled) We provide children with everything they need to participate, including a high-quality, single lined glued and blind-stitched wetsuit. We also have a warm, dry club house with hot showers, changing rooms and as much tea and coffee as you want so you can eat your lunch in comfort. In fact, the only thing you need to bring is your towel. All of our instructors are fully qualified and are hand-picked to ensure you have the best learning experience – plenty of fun whilst still learning! All instructors carry UHF radios, we have jet-ski rescue and there are life-guards on West Wittering beach in the summer months.””

“Since my 9 year old boy has taken up cricket and is now playing regularly for his club and school, this wonderful shop is my go-to for all his kit. They have a great range of kit and whites for junior sizes and I can get everything he needs from here. Staff are really friendly and helpful too. It's a bit off the beat and track, out of the city centre but Maps leads you to It's location well and there is plenty of parking. They also have a good range of clothes and kit for other sports. Highly recommended.”
