   Just left the Chichester store a happier person. I find it extremely difficult shoe shopping at the best of times. However when you are a woman that needs size 9 shoes and you are recovering from a broken bone I didn't hold much hope at all. I was totally blown away by the fantastic help and advice that I received by the supervisor staff at Chichester. I wasn't made to feel rushed or under pressure to purchase which made me want to buy in-store without even searching the internet for alternative offers. Awesome service from the best outdoor shop in Chichester.

   I had a disappointing experience at this store. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t even offer a smile during the entire interaction. After purchasing a pair of shoes, they didn’t bother to put them in a bag. When I asked for one, I was told it would cost 25p—for a paper bag. I always thought the charge was only for plastic bags, and regardless, the least they could do was place my purchase in the bag I paid for. The lack of basic courtesy and customer service makes me wonder if they treat all customers this way. I won’t be shopping here again.

   Fantastic service when I bought walking boots today. The salesperson, Ari, was friendly and extremely knowledgeable and took time to make sure I had the right fit of boots. No hard sell and a wide range of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

   The people on here who think £200 for a Goretex coat in 2022 is expensive and want a red carpet just for turning up is a joke. Ignore them. The staff here are awesome very helpful, I've spent more money with CO due to the assurance that I'm getting helpful staff (note: who you actually have to approach to be served, as normal in a UK shop). So they're great brand ambassadors, and very friendly as well. Obviously the product range is great (as expected), but the real good bit at this store is the staff. Plus my mum paid for the shoes as an early Xmas present, so it was basically free. Cheers everyone, see you soon.

   Every experience I've had here has been wonderful. Friendly and approachable staff with vast knowledge of the products they sell and the activities they cater for. All the staff are open about their own experiences of products which I'm interested in so they're able to give me first-hand advice. Special thanks to Sarah who helped me out enormously on a shopping spree despite being very busy.
