The quality is amazing, the colour is perfect and you have been so helpful and kind in making sure we got the perfect setup for him. For those needing advice, stock or anything wheeling sport related, go and make that journey to Jamie…what this man does not know about scooting isn’t worth knowing, he is not a pushy shop owner who wants a sale, he is a man who wants to do a sale if it’s right for his customer.    I can’t recommend ESP enough. This shop is second to none when it comes to advice and customer service. Jamie who runs the shop genuinely cares more about getting the product that is right for his customer above all else, even if that means no sale. He treats all his customers with respect no matter what their age. He asks all the right questions to find out what his customers really need, weighing up the pros and cons as he goes. I watched and listened as a Dad who knows less than his 12 yr old son about scooters, with a mix pride and intrigue as Jamie and Oliver discussed all his options and weighed up the right thing for him. As a result, a kid with a scooter that he is proud of and knows is right for him, a better educated Dad and a happy Jamie who got to do his masterclass in customer service yet again. Thanks Jamie!

   Well what can you say in a world of online ordering and no customer service Jamie shows how retail should be done. An old school skate shop where nothing is ever too much trouble . A loose bolt Jamies got ya ! A random part that you can’t find he will get it . Always looked after my sons from skateboard builds to scooters. A great shop run by a great family .
