“What a fantastic experience shopping here. My husband and I came for a browse and left with three pairs of stylish yet superbly comfortable shoes. All three members of staff (two ladies and a gentleman) were knowledgeable and incredibly polite and helpful. I live in London, but I am tempted to come to Chichester next time I need new shoes. I should add that we are very grateful that they were all so accommodating to our dog, in fact the whole Chichester seems to be the most pet-friendly town I have been to.”

“I called in to the Chichester Shuropody store yesterday and Gaynor came over to assist me. Her customer service was excellent. She was kind, patient and courteous throughout my visit. I purchased a lovely pair of Shuropody Nautical floral loafers with some additional half-insoles that she recommended as I currently have torn tendons and am unable to use my toes to help grip on the shoes. Thank to Gaynor's fabulous customer service l will definitely be a regular visitor to Shuropody Chichester in future!”

“Gorgeous, beautiful, high quality coats, hats and other garments! The fit of my coatigan is amazing - looks and feels made to measure! Excellent customer service. I wear my stunning blue coatigan and stylish designer hat, whenever I leave the house - as both can be worn in the rain, and throughout the year. I absolutely love them. Wonderful pair of gloves too. Next year I will return to 'Gorgeous' in (Chichester) and purchase the colourful version of the coatigan.”

“Grand service today from Katherine in Chichester and the Horsham Branch. Xmas gift boots were too small, but a free replacement pair were sent to Chi. Sadly, I didnt care for the hard leather, but found a replacement pair of softer leather boots. The store didn't have my size in stock but the new boots will be delivered in 10 days for free. Throughout the process all the staff were friendly and helpful, and today Katherine put through the refund and replacement promptly and with a very friendly manner. Spot on service with no dramas :)”
