You try and support a small local store and end up wasting your time. Went in on Sunday due to their hours stating open Sunday and they were shut. Went in today to get some shoes measured up for my child. "Oh we don't offer that service, I should really change the sign" Yet small business wonder why we go online or to big brands. Your power should be customer service and local service. Failed on both counts.
