“I paid for a two week pass at Nuffield Chichester while I was in town visiting family. I couldn't have been made more welcome by staff and members. I swum every day and found everyone using the facility accommodating, generous, and friendly. The lanes are wide enough to share easily and the sauna and steam room, showers and changing area, gym and reception were always clean (or being cleaned) and user friendly. Thank you so much. “It’s been over three months since I had my last appointment with Anthony and I honestly can’t remember how my back was hurting before having Scenar therapy, it’s unbelievable! I was referred by a colleague who had scenar therapy with Anthony for his shoulder pain. I was slightly sceptical at first but after booking my first appointment and having a chat with Anthony about what it does and how it works I was immediately interested. My back was injured after a sports accident and I had little movement, shooting pains and difficulty breathing at certain times because of the pain. A week after my 4th appointment and with a bit of stretching/yoga every morning it felt as if I could move freely again, no pain whatsoever.
