I had a series of sessions with Dawn during my marriage break up and divorce. I'm quite reserved so it took me a while to accept that I needed some support and found Dawn really easy to talk to even on the phone when I initially rang to enquire. She helped me to realise that my feelings were normal for my situation, and identified things that I hadn't even acknowledged myself, and gave me back a sense of control over what I did next.
