After a 3 months wait, my appointment was cancelled with 2 days notice because I had asked for 2 clarifications about the process and the forms to be filled in. No regard was given to the need of my child, the extensive evidence I gathered and provided, the time of the teachers and the emotional impact of expectation management of a 7 year old. I was made to feel like my concern for my child and my desire to understand expectations made me an undesirable customer, there was no empathy, no support. In my view, this is clearly a business whose main focus is not helping children and their parents, but rather turning cases around. I hope nobody ever treats them in their time of need as they treated me.
