I’ve had a very grumpy unhelpful member of staff twice there now. Goodness knows how these people get hired. Not to mention the ridiculous returns process for online returns now. No data signal in store, the cashier refused to scan the QR code that was generated via New Look returns, that i received via email with option 4 being ‘show your returns code to a member of staff at the till point’. So i then had to waste my time giving out personal details to log into the in-store WiFi. So are New Look going to pay me for doing the work of their cashiers for them????

Appalling they don't offer paper receipts. How are children and the elderly meant to shop in there. Discrimination.

Shipped entirely the wrong product. Easily returned with the helpful staff but they had already sold out of the particular product.
