Rude staff. Went in to buy a hat that was discounted the cashier challenged the item as they had listed the price incorrectly and was downright rude. Will never go back really poor staff

Visited Blacks in Chichester yesterday to purchase a pair of Meindl Mens Walking Boots… not only was the lady who served me extremely knowledgeable about the products, her customer service was above & beyond expectations, unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I will definitely be visiting them again for my next purchase.
I have been hugely impressed with the excellent service I have received. The staff were very approachable, open and knowledgeable about the range of Fleeces and Waterproof Macks I was looking at. They talked me through how the quality of the materials used affected the prices and helped me choose the right makes for my needs and budget. They explained everything in very simple, understandable terms that I was very grateful for. I felt listened too and they answered all my questions fully to put my mind at rest. All the staff were courteous and very helpful. I enjoyed a five star service all round!

Craig provides excellent customer, he is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He appreciates repeat customers and he is always there to help, with a smile on his face. He made me like the shop more and he is one of the reasons I'll keep coming back.
Very helpful staff, small tidy and well organised store. I was able to purchase exactly what I required. I forgot to use my C&MC Membership Discount but the lady who served me was able to refund me this amount back onto my card without hesitation. VERY VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Incredible service and the assistant was spot on with his knowledge. So much more choice than our go to outdoors retailer. You can't get this level of service online and having Black's on the high street was perfect. Will definitely be getting my business in future!!!
