   Go right now for the sale bargains! Huge store with big selection of very low priced goods. Quality is very decent for the price. If you’re preparing for Everest you’ll need more expensive kit, but for any local walking or outdoor activities their stuff is fine and more durable than expected.

   Staff here are so kind and helpful. I’m regularly spending my money on new hiking/camping gear and clothes as the seasons change. Would recommend this branch over other branches, it’s much more personable than the other more expensive hiking shops in Chichester.

   Purchased a jumper no issues with that.. The assistant manager at the till 'needed' my email address for the receipt which I gave saying as long as its not used to get load of spam from mountain warehouse. He assured me he would opt me out of that.. LIES... After paying for the jumper, he proceeds to print out a receipt anyway and place it in the bag.. I now everyday since am getting spam from Mountain warehouse..

   I was in a hurry, rushing off to Wales that same day. The store wasn't open when I arrived so I called them and confirmed they were opening. They told me they opened at nine, and as pedantic as it may seem I did mention it was after nine and instead of just accepting that they insisted it wasn't even nine. Not a big deal but a bit obnoxious. The young gentleman upstairs however was very helpful directing me at the kit I was after, and even recommended some routes up mountians he had completed himself. Top man :)

   Mountain Warehouse in North Street Chichester is always a good place to shop. There are always good items of clothing and and all that one could possibly need for any outdoor activities. The items that they stock are not top of the range, but they function well enough, and for those who want kit that is higher functioning and with a certain name or logo for the prestige effect, then they should shop elsewhere. Overall though, a good shop, and the staff are quite helpful. They interior of the store is on two floors and i don't know if they have a passenger lift.
