I shopped at this business around 3 o'clock today. The lady attendant was so kind and friendly that I can't wait to come back.

This is my partners go to brand we always shop here whenever we go to Portsmouth. The lady with a brown curly hair offered us a discount which is lovely. However, the other lady on the till raised her annoyed voice when I asked her to repeat the prize of the item that we are about to buy. She said it’s 50’s when the tag indicates 27£. This happened last October 17 at around 6-7pm
Lacoste @ Gunwharf Quays is an excellent store with great choices available for both men and women. We popped In last week to purchase a couple of shirts for my sons Christmas present. The service we received was first class from Daniel. We were unsure of sizes and he advised us what size and style to buy. If only every store offered such a good service! We will definitely visit again and thoroughly recommend it.
All the staff and especially the manager were all so super helpful at Gunwharf Quays, they knew their stock and gave great advice. They are so friendly and approachable . This stores staff are amazing and lots of other stores could learn a lot from them! We will definitely be back to buy more. Thank you for all your help in finding the right fit yesterday evening. Amazing customer service. Huge variety too. The guy outside the fitting room complimented the choice of colour and that pretty much made me buy it. Highly recommended and hats off to that man
I received great Customer at the Lacoste store in Portsmouth (Gun Wharf). I purchased 2 nice shirts from your store and because of my daughter needing to eat I only tried on the one assuming the other would be similar. Anyway when I got home (190 miles) the second did not got as well. So I contacted the store manager he was able to help me. He offered for me to send back the shirt for exchange, which I did. They then contacted me back in 2 days to say they had exchanged and posted the new shirt back to me. I really felt that the service in store was great, everyone was really helpful, and the support I received to sort the unfitting shirt was superb! A massive thank you!
I loved the store, it's customer service, and the affordable products in store. I'm just disappointed because I bought only one pair of pants but it lost colour after two wash. And it was my once off visit from South Africa. Despite that, I really appreciate the friendly staff that assisted that day.
