   It's okay. It's the only sports shop in town with a wide range of stuff. Their increased stocking of outdoor gear is to be commended but their prices are not as competitive as they should be given their buying power. Half the stock is out of reach and merchandising is all a bit cluttered, as in all their shops. Queues at till always too long given the number of floor staff not doing a lot. Remember if you buy here and it doesn't fit they will only give you a credit note. I like this policy as it stops 2nd hand products being in recirculation as in so many other stores (like M &S,.or Argos) but it won't work for some people.

   Visited today for walking boots. Greeted and served by Josh who was extremely, helpful, polite and very patient with sourcing various sizes and styles for us. Havant store upstairs. Josh's customer service 100%.

   Good serving staff . But queues @ tills even in weekday so need more tills open when long queue & wasnt a lunchtime . Good value for money as prices same as few yrs ago . Although im sure boxers used to come in box of x3 not x2 for same price ?

   Huge array of branded sportswear. Never liked that you cannot get yr money back, but probably a reason they are surviving. Could greatly improve fitting room facilities as two tiny ones for a whole floor, not enough room to really see items at a distance.
