I went in to buy a bike. Sam served us, he was very polite answered all our questions and found out answers quickly to things he didn't know. The bike was sorted out incredibly quickly and we were able to take it away immediately. This is the second halfords we've been into recently and I'm really impressed by the level of customer service.
I was served by Adam at Parkgate, Nr Fareham. Great, friendly and knowledgeable service Adam went above and beyond by wrapping my purchase up in a Xmas cycle gift wrap cover, so my Husband could not see what I had bought for him. He made a great job of it. Thank you 10/10
What great service.....dead battery so new one required. With a 4.5hr journey ahead of us, Halfords got us in straight away. Tested the battery and fitted us a new one all within 1 hour. So grateful to the staff at least we can travel home with peace of mind. Very efficient service and lovely friendly staff
Would like to very much thank Josh who works at Titchfield. Really professional, passionate and very observant in his work, going beyond and above. Fitted 3 light bulbs in my daughters car. I waited hardly any time and it was done. Well done Josh you are a star. Also many thanks to Lily as the next day we noticed another different bulbs gone and you also did very well given its an old Nissa n. Thank goodness there are polite friendly and efficient workers still about. Well done both Josh and Lily.
Came in to have a headlight changed, was in and out in about 15 mins, really friendly and efficient service, they even came to the parking bay to change it so I didn't have to move the car as I had my preschooler with me. And it only cost £15!!! Really impressive service, thank you Halfords!
John was amazing and helped me sort out with my interior lights and back windscreen wiper. He was brilliant and did all the in-between chatter for me to get the right answers. I really appreciated his patience and efforts. Thank you John!
Always receive helpful professional advice from attentive staff. I usually home in on Ross, as he has technical experience, is never rushed and provides me with the assistance I need. Very safety conscious based on his recommendations I have made good decisions, whether its to purchase a new bike or repair the current one.
I was very happy with the service that I received. I ordered 3 items online that had different days for collection. I was kept informed by phone & Email as each item arrived. But even better all three items were delivered to the store for collection earlier than anticipated. The customer service team at Fareham were very helpful and professional. Well done, and thank you.
My car had repaired in Halfords Fareham two weeks ago, but today the issue is still come out. I really don't want to go back to Halford anymore indeed. My car had done MOT in Halfords Southampton, next day, the car had issue which i can not start up the car, then, i had go to another halfords for repairing. They changed Battery, Spark Plug and Ignition Coils..... but two weeks later, the issue is still happened. So i think they didn't solve my car problem actually.
